Many of our clients need to locate commercial real estate for their business and/or residential needs.  Below are some links which may help you with your search.

Commercial Real Estate

     The Houston Board of Realtors hosts a website with a link to www.commgate.com.  In the upper part of the screen, you will click on for Sale or for Lease, depending on your interest.  Another page will come up which asks specifics about the acreage/offices for which you are looking.  Try out the neat map; click on it, a larger map is displayed and by clicking on the areas of the map, you can designate the areas you wish to search.

     Another widely known commercial real estate website is www.loopnet.com.  You do have to register; as a basic member, it is free, but there are some listings you cannot see.  If you wish to become a Premium member and pay a fee, all listing are made available to you.

     The Bay Area Commercial Real Estate Network (BACREN) is an association of realtors which is familiar with our area. 

Residential

The Houston Board of Realtors hosts a website with a link to /www.har.com/indexc.htm. By selecting the property type under "Home Finder", you are presented with another page which asks for the specifics of the home you desire.
