The Economic Alliance meets quarterly with Economic Development Organizations (EDOs) that provide services within the Texas geographic boundaries of Harris County Precinct  2.

Harris County Commissioner Sylvia R. Garcia leads quarterly meetings for this group that focuses on trends, development and projects for Precinct 2.  Also participating in this collaboration and meeting quarterly is Harris County's Community Services Department Director David Turkel.

Each of the Presidents of the EDOs serves as an Ex-Officio Member to the boards of one another.  This additional interaction facilitates communication to align economic development efforts of the region.
