The Gulf Coast Petrochemical Information Network (GC-PIN) is a consortium of the Port Region's four community colleges: Brazosport College, College of the Mainland, Lee College and San Jacinto College District.  The Network is dedicated to providing training for the next generation of petrochemical industry workers.
