The Economic Alliance participates in the Texas Industry Cluster Initiative sponsored by Governor Perry and the Texas Workforce Commission. This initiative focuses on strengthening our state's competitive advantage through six target industry clusters. Collectively, the findings and recommendations from this initiative call for strategies to develop a skilled workforce, a competitive education system, and an effective commercialization process for products and technology supported by a highly efficient supply chain.
